It is possible that after placing your order, you decide not to keep the product. In that case, you have 14 days from the moment of informing us to return the product without providing any reason. Please follow the guidelines below when returning a product:- Include a note in the package with your full name and order number.
- Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned, as our products are considered perishable goods.
- If possible, return the products in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
- Once we have received your return and it meets the return conditions, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days (usually within 2 business days).
- Use trackable shipping to prevent delays or lost parcels.
- Clearly mark the shipment as a “Return” on the customs declaration to avoid extra import fees.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipment and any associated risks.
- Include your full name and order number inside the package so we can quickly process your return.

IMPORTANT: Every product that we sell at CBD Sense contains a seal. By breaking this seal, for example by opening a bottle, the right to return the product expires and we can no longer reimburse the product.
When we receive a returned product and it meets our criteria, we will refund your money within 14 days.
